Diantaranya adalah :<\/p>\n<p>1. Aktivitas Fisik<\/p>\n<p>2. Konsumsi Buah dan Sayur<\/p>\n<p>3. Rutin Memeriksa Kesehatan<\/p>\n<p>4. Membersihkan Lingkungan<\/p>\n<p>5. Menggunakan Jamban Sehat<\/p>\n<p>6. Tidak Merokok<\/p>\n<p>7. Tidak Mengkonsumsi Alkohol<\/p>\n<p>Munggu, 25 Maret 2018 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Sosialisasi Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) di Puri Dinar Elok, Meteseh, Tembalang, Kota Semarang.
