Acara dihadiri oleh para Ketua Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Bp. Edy Susanto, SH, S.Si, M.Kes beserta pengelola. Kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan Janji Pengurus yang dipimpin langsung oleh Bp. Edy Susanto, SH, S.Si, M.Kes (Ketua Jurusan RMIK)
